Processing Time

Every piece is carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We work with trusted carrier partners to deliver your jewelry securely.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Note: Estimated delivery times do not include weekend days or customs inspection delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.

  • No hidden handling or processing fees at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

  • You can track your package anytime using our on-site tracking page.

Multiple Items & Packages

To ensure faster delivery, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages depending on inventory location and item availability.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Domestic US orders will not incur additional customs fees.

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

  • If you notice an error, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at sales@bee-bees.com.

Delayed or Lost Packages

While delivery delays are rare, they can occasionally occur due to weather or logistics carrier delays.

  • If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local delivery office first.
