Returns & Refunds

At Bee-Bees, every piece is carefully selected to reflect elegance, quality, and timeless beauty. We want you to feel confident with your purchase, and we’re here to ensure a smooth experience if something isn’t right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Items must include original packaging and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Earrings (due to health and hygiene reasons)
Custom or personalized pieces
Final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@bee-bees.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping: Bee-Bees will cover all return shipping costs (or provide a pre-paid label) for damaged or incorrect items.
Resolution: We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Standard Returns & Shipping Fees

Return Method: Returns are processed by mail. Contact customer service to initiate a return and receive instructions.
Return Shipping Cost: For standard returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

exchanges are only available for sizing issues or product concerns. Simply Contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this 12-hour window, the order goes into processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
